Booking pages
A booking page is a public link where people pick a time you're actually free. They don't need an account. The page is shown in English, French or Spanish, and the guest can switch language.
For each meeting type you choose:
- one or more lengths, and a buffer before and after;
- how much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, and a daily or weekly limit;
- which calendars count as busy, and which calendar a confirmed booking goes into;
- up to a few questions for the guest (the number depends on your plan — see the pricing page);
- where it happens: a video link, a phone call, in person or your own details;
- whether you confirm each booking yourself before it's final.
A confirmed booking becomes an event in your calendar automatically. The guest gets a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel, within the notice you set.
What our servers can see
The booking page and its meeting types are public by design, and our server needs your working hours and busy times to offer free slots. A guest's name and email are kept long enough to send the confirmation. Their answers to your questions are sealed to your key. Details: What we can and cannot see.
Finding a time with your household or team
On Family, Business and Enterprise, Find a time shows when the people in your account are free and suggests times that suit everyone. It uses busy blocks only, merged together: never titles, details or which event makes someone busy. Anyone can stop sharing their free/busy with the account from the Find a time page.
Finding a time with anyone else
For people outside your account, create a scheduling poll in Polls: voters mark the slots that work, and you finalize the winner straight into your calendar.
