Calendars
Keep separate calendars for different parts of life, such as Work, Home and Kids, each with its own colour.
Events
Create an event with a title, a start and an end. Make it all-day for birthdays and holidays. Add details in the description. The title and details are encrypted on your device; the start and end times are not, because our server needs them to send reminders. See What we can and cannot see.
Tasks
Tasks are things to do rather than times to be somewhere. Give a task a due date if you like, and tick it off when it's done.
Reminders
Add up to 5 reminders to an event or task, from the moment it starts to up to 7 days before. Each reminder arrives as:
- an in-app notification, or
- an email to your account's verified address.
Reminder emails say when, never what: our reminder service never has your event titles, so the email only contains the time and a link to open the event in Atrium.
