Quick add
Type an event the way you'd say it — "dentist Tuesday 3pm", "Dîner demain à 19h", "Cena mañana a las 19h" — and Atrium fills in the date, time and repeat rule for you. Quick add understands English, French and Spanish; choose the language it expects in your calendar settings. Check the preview before you save: some phrasings aren't understood yet, and you can always correct the time by hand.
Sharing a calendar
On Family, Business and Enterprise you can share a calendar with people in your account, as a manager (manages who has access), a writer (adds and changes events) or a reader (sees events). Your device seals the calendar's key to each person, the same way vault sharing works, so our server still can't read titles or details. When you remove someone, the calendar gets a new key for future events. Sharing isn't part of the Personal plan.
Connecting outside calendar accounts
You can connect a calendar account you already use elsewhere over CalDAV, and Google or Microsoft accounts where that option is shown. Connected calendars stay in sync with the original. Because our server fetches them, they're stored encrypted with our key, not yours — the same as calendars you subscribe to by link. How many accounts you can connect depends on your plan. A Business or Enterprise organisation can turn this off for its members.
Using Atrium calendars in other apps
Using your Atrium calendars from Apple Calendar, Thunderbird or DAVx5 (CalDAV) is coming soon. It will be opt-in for each calendar, because it makes that calendar readable to our server.
