Invitations covers one event from a backyard BBQ to a large wedding: a page, a guest list, RSVPs and check-in.
Creating an event
Pick an occasion (birthday, wedding, fundraiser and more) for a matching template, then set the date, venue and whether the event is private (only invited guests, each with a personal link) or public (anyone with the link enters their name and email, confirmed by a verification email).
Your guest list
Import guests from a CSV or XLSX file, add them from Contacts, or type names in directly. A household can share one invitation with a party size.
RSVPs
Guests answer yes, no or maybe, with plus-ones (none, count only, or named), meal choices, dietary needs, and any questions you add. When you're at capacity, new "yes" responses join a waitlist, and the next person in line gets an offer automatically when a spot opens.
Check-in
Every confirmed guest gets a QR pass by email. A door-staff link lets a helper check people in by searching a guest's name — no app or account required — and add walk-ins on the spot.
Messaging
Send save-the-dates, invitations, reminders and a thank-you afterwards, built from the same templates as the event page.
What we can see
Event details, guest names and emails, and RSVP status are server-readable — that's what lets us show the page and send your emails. Meal choices, dietary needs and answers to your own questions are sealed in the guest's browser to your event's key, so only you (and any co-hosts) can read them. Details: What we can and cannot see.
