Contacts is an address book for your household or team: names, numbers, emails, addresses, birthdays and anniversaries.
Groups
Organise contacts into groups, such as Family, Work or Book club, to make sharing and searching faster.
Where contacts show up
- Birthdays and anniversaries appear on a virtual calendar alongside your Calendar events.
- Autocomplete suggests contacts when you invite people to an event or share a booking link.
- Payees in Budgets can link back to a contact.
Bringing contacts in and out
Import a vCard (.vcf) export from Google, Apple or Outlook, or a CSV file. Export at any time as vCard or CSV, on every plan, including a read-only lapsed account.
Sharing
Family and Business plans can share a contact book with the household or team; a Personal account's contacts stay private to that account.
Encryption
Contact details — names, numbers, addresses and notes — are end-to-end encrypted on your device before upload. Our servers store and sync ciphertext they cannot read.
